Excellent planning and communication. An insightful itinerary and exceptional guide made this an amazing experience!

We could not have had a better leader! Brett was not only extrememly knowledgeable and organised, he was also kind, caring, patient and very funny! He made the trip effortless for us all and gave us confidence (and lots of help!) to continue on our own for a further 2 weeks.

Lachlan was our 3rd consultant over a 3 year wait for our holiday due to covid. He really listened to what we wanted and acted professionally and promptly. His advice and communication were fabulous.

4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The least comfortable room in terms of size was the Richmond Hotel Asakusa, and its breakfast was not as good as the other hotels, but its position was incredible!

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
It was veryu interesting to use so many different forms of transport. We loved the scenic views from the trains, coaches, ferries etc. It felt much more authentic to use the local transport.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
The included meals were delicious, generous and varied, and often highlighted the cuisine of the region. The kai-seki dinners were incredible...what a privilege! Brett's choices for other meals were spot on, especially the yakatori night and the okonomiyaki extravaganza!

We couildn't fault the planning and execution of the tour and our add-on component. Everything went perfectly. I can't imagine any better!
